A - EZ Lube carries the following oil weights: 0W20, 0W30, 0W40, 5W20, 5W30, 10W30, 10W40, 15W40, 20/50 and straight 30 weight oil (Some weights are only available in Mobil 1 Synthetic for an additional price).

A - We have Mobil oil included in the price. We also carry Mobil 1 Synthetic, Mobil Clean 7500 Semi-Synthetic, Castrol, Pennzoil, Quakerstate and Valvoline motor oils for an additional price.

A - No, Mobil 1 Synthetic oil uses high-performance engineered fluids, such as polyalphaolefins (PAOs), along with a proprietary system of additives. Each Mobil 1 and Mobil 1 Extended Performance viscosity grade uses a unique combination of synthetic fluids and selected additives in order to tailor the viscosity grade to its specific application.

A - No appointments are necessary, we serve customers on a first come first serve basis.

A - EZ Lube offers free top-off on any fluid we checked including the engine oil for up to 3 month or 3,000 miles. (Does not include coolant.)

A - Yes. Vehicle manufacturer time and mileage intervals are used as a primary indicator for EZ Lube service recommendations.

A - Radiator service is recommended every 24,000 miles for the vehicle's cooling system to function properly, ensuring that your engine is operating at the correct temperature and preventing over-heating or freezing.

A - Hot weather, stop and go traffic, heavy loads and towing can lead to transmission problems. The main purpose of transmission fluid is to keep the transmission lubricated and cool. Additives found in transmission fluid prevent wear, oxidation and seal deterioration. Over time, these additives oxidize and break down, losing their ability to lubricate and protect the automatic transmission. This may create new compounds in the fluid such as acid, rust and sludge, which are the leading cause of automatic transmission breakdown.

A - Fuel systems and valves build up deposits that may create driving problems, such as stalling and decrease in gas economy. The Fuel Injection service will remove these deposits, which can include lead and carbon. The fuel service improves gas economy and efficiency and can help avoid costly overhauls.

A - The gearbox allows wheels to turn at varying speeds, for better traction. The differential gears are lubricated with a fluid that transfers heat away from them, maintaining performance. The service prolongs the life of your gearbox and minimizes wear and tear.

EZ Lube's free battery test will verify your battery's health and identify any issues that could lead to battery failure.

A - EZ Lube VIP cards can be purchased at any EZ Lube service center. VIP Club membership costs $8 per year and covers up to 3 vehicles per household. VIP Club members receive $8 off every full service oil change and 10% off all additional services and products.

A - EZ Lube services meet or exceeds manufacturer recommendations. EZ Lube service will not void your vehicle manufacturer's warranty.

A - The 12-Month/12,000 Mile Warranty covers additional preventative maintenance services performed at EZ Lube against material defects and workmanship for one year from the date of service or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. The 12-Month/12,000 Mile Warranty does not apply to failure caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, or reimbursement of consequential damages not related to EZ Lube service. EZ Lube will re-do any service that is defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. All services under this warranty will be made free of charge with no deductible. The services are covered until the EZ Lube 12-Month/12,000 Mile Warranty expires. A - Every employee is required to pass three rigorous training classes prior to becoming a certified EZ Lube Technician. These classes cover important issues such as product knowledge, company procedures, safety, and customer service.
