I wanted to tell you that the service given by Ruby at Store #45 was outstanding! I am a mother of two and have to bring my young girls to car services and I dread it. However, this experience was fantastic. My husband told me to go there for an oil change and the staff there treated me with respect and kindness. I felt honestly comfortable there and Ruby was wonderful to us and did a great job in answering my questions and taking care of the car so promptly! Thank you! Please tell her thank you from me!

Something good. Recently I went to EZ Lube location at the corner of Washington Blvd. and Lincoln Blvd. in Marina Del Rey for oil change. A few days ago I went back there because it seemed something was not right from the oil change. Anyhow, I explained it to Cory, the assistant manager. Although the shop was about to close at night, Cory came out and opened the hood of my car and checked out a few things and made sure everything was fine. More importantly, he took the time and explained to me what may have happened and what I should do. Very nice and professional job that Cory did. EZ Lube management should be lucky to have a man like Cory on the staff who is so good at customer service. Thank you.

I just wanted to say I've never had such a good experience with any oil change as I have with store #63 on Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. Thomas, the manager, and Owen, the service rep were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful.

I just wanted to say thank you to store 38 for being so helpful, quick, and courteous. I used to go somewhere else for oil changes but will definetly continue going to EZ Lube and refer everyone. I have brought both my daughter and granddaughters cars to the Scripps/Poway store.

Ed Raigosa of the Orange, California EZ Lube is fantastic. He helped me with my service record for my lease inspection. I miss living in Orange and one of the reasons is the hospitality at this E-Z Lube. Thank you Ed and the rest of the Team!!!
